Main Course:
- Steak Frites – Skirt Steak, French fries, salad, red wine shallot reduction;
- Oven Steamed Cod – artichoke, potatoes, leek, tomato saffron broth; or
- Airline Chicken Breast – asparagus, champagne cream
Dessert:
- Chocolate Dome or Crème Brulee
